Justin Bieber’s South African Tour Dates almost Confirmed

  If you didn’t hear already, Big Concerts seems to have let it slip again that Justin Bieber is coming to South Africa in 2013 as part of his Believe Tour. This is despite the fact that Bieber tweeted that he would be touring South Africa back in July 2012.
